From the initial contact to the final follow-up, our dedicated team will guide you through each step, ensuring your needs and preferences are met with professionalism and expertise. Here’s what you can expect when you choose ZEN Windows and Conservatories.

1. Make Contact With Us: Call us, or click the contact us button at the top of this page! Or if you know when you want us to pop around, use our booking system.

   
   
   
   

2. Measure and Advise: One of our sales advisors will visit you at home so that we can record your requirements and measure everything for you. We won’t give you a price on the day but we use this information to prepare a written quote for you which we will email to you following our visit.

   
   
   
   

3. Email Quotation: We will email a quote, with drawings and specifications of everything we are quoting so that you have all the information you need clearly recorded, and so that you can check it is all correct and that it meets your needs and desires.

   
   
   
   

4. Amend or Proceed: If you need anything amending in your quote just let us know and we will get to amending or adjusting it for you. If you would like for ZEN to be the company that carries out this work for you, just drop us a call or a line and confirm you would like to proceed with this work!

   
   
   
   

5. Purchase Contract: We will draw everything up onto a purchase contract so that you know exactly what you are getting for your money and we will send this to you for you to check and approve.

   
   
   
   

6. Technical Survey: Once you have signed off your order we will arrange at your convenience for a technical survey to be carried out (this is included as part of our service at no extra cost). The technical survey is needed so that we can take accurate sizes for manufacturing and to make sure everything we are doing for you will be compliant with building regulations. We will also check on any safety or access requirements.

   
   
   
   

7. Into Production: With manufacturing sizes now recorded following your survey, your chosen products will now go into manufacturing. The lead time between your survey and installation is usually between 4-8 weeks (depending on which type of products you are ordering). 

   
   
   
   

8. Installation Day! We will make contact with you to discuss a suitable installation date for you and confirm how long your installation will take and what our arrival time will be. When your installation date arrives our installers will carefully and professionally carry out your installation, and of course we will dispose of all of the materials we remove along the way (wherever possible these old items will be recycled).

   
   
   
   

9. Follow Up – we take care to ensure that all ZEN customers are happy customers so we will call to check you are happy with your installation before we send your balance invoice. If your installation is for replacement windows or doors we will sign off your installation now too so that you will receive your certificate of compliance with building regulations. This you will need to keep somewhere safe in case you ever decide to sell your property.
