What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for experienced window fitters who have a real passion for their work. You’ll be someone who knows the ins and outs of the trade, who can solve problems on the spot, and who takes pride in delivering great results every time. Here’s what we’re after:

1. How does ZEN schedule jobs for its window fitters?
At ZEN, we carefully plan each job to ensure there’s ample time for a high-quality installation. We don’t rush jobs or push unrealistic deadlines. so you can focus on doing the job right.
2. How does ZEN support its fitters on-site?
We work as a team, so if you encounter any challenges on-site, you’ll always have the support of experienced colleagues. Our installations manager, Matt, is also available to assist whenever needed.
3. Do I need to be FENSA or CERTASS registered to apply?
We welcome skilled fitters with strong experience and we will cover the cost of CERTASS registrations and assessments as part of your development.
4. Will I be working independently or with a team?
We work mostly in teams and everyone at ZEN is mature, kind natured and welcoming so you will fit right in no question!
5. How does ZEN ensure safety during installations?
Safety is a top priority at ZEN. With work involving heights and heavy materials, we ensure that all fitters follow strict safety protocols. Our team is trained to manage risks and maintain a safe working environment at all times
6. What kind of experience is ZEN looking for?
We typically look for window fitters with at least 10 years of experience in window, door, or conservatory installations. We value those who have hands-on experience and can bring practical solutions to the table.
7. Where will I be working?
Our jobs are primarily based in and around Bristol. You’ll be working on local projects, allowing you to stay close to home while being part of a trusted team in the community.
8. Will there be opportunities for further development or training?
Even with decades of experience, there’s always something new to learn. At ZEN, we encourage ongoing development through knowledge sharing with the team and tackling challenging jobs that help you grow.
