Our CERTASS Registration
As a well-established Bristol double-glazing and window company, we pride ourselves on professionalism and reliability. We are CERTASS registered and approved which means that ZEN, and our installers have been assessed and approved by CERTASS to install replacement windows and doors in accordance with the CERTASS competent person scheme rules. This ensures that our installations are safe, energy-efficient, and always comply with building regulations.
We are qualified and approved to self-certify our installations via CERTASS so that you will always receive a certificate of compliance with building regulations following the completion of your installation. This certificate you just need to keep hold of and if ever you decide to sell your property (at any time in the future following your installation) then this certificate proves that your installation was professionally installed and complies with building regs.
Don’t worry if you lose your certificate as you are also able to request a copy in the future. In addition, all of our projects are digitally logged and recorded too.
Furthermore, CERTASS offers automatic protection to all consumers using a CERTASS certified company for their replacement window and door installations through its guarantee scheme. This scheme ensures that the guarantee we issue is insurance-backed, offering you significant additional peace of mind.

Due to the recent budget announcements and upcoming changes to employer costs, we’re expecting supplier price increases in the new year. We recommend that anyone planning installations in or before Spring/Summer 2025 place their orders before Christmas to lock in current prices.

Our front door was fitted with no fuss and earlier than expected.
